Ron Blum holds his Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality from Mercyhurst College and a Masters of Science in Human Resources. He worked with Darden Restaurants under two of its concepts for over twelve years where he has obtained a majority of his organizational and detail oriented skills. Ron also has served as Quality Assurance Manager for a large food production facility in the Northeast. Here is where many of his skills were honed in Project Management and Quality Management.

Ron is a registered member of the National Association of Professional Organizers and has expanded his skills in business with ongoing seminars and scholastic studies which include: staffing and training, web site design, project management, and stress management.
